The grants for Round 46 were recently awarded in December, 2025. Twenty-seven grants totaling $10,261.10 were awarded to enhance learning experiences for Merrillville students. Reading, Language Arts, Math, Robotics, Science, Special Education, and Social Emotional Learning highlight the topics of the grants.
Since 2002, the Merrillville Education Foundation has awarded 563 grants to teachers and principals totaling $451,157.89. These grants have impacted over 145,825 student experiences in grades PK through 12.
